Karin’s experience includes leasing of retail, commercial and residential properties, tenant mix and tenant statistics, with exposure to all classes of property including retail, commercial, industrial and offices.
David joined the Gateway Delta development team from multi-listed African property fund Grit Real Estate Income Group where he worked in the investment management team. David offers fund level experience in the due diligence, feasibility analysis and investment management process of commercial real estate across multiple African jurisdictions. Group Financial Manager
Ashvin holds the position of Group Financial Manager, responsible for the implementation of effective accounting, bookkeeping and administration procedures as well as all regulatory and audit compliance measures.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, Ashvin manages the preparation and maintenance of both management accounts and annual financial statements according to statutory requirements. Pumi joined Gateway Delta in May 2018 and is currently responsible for conducting due diligence research on potential real estate projects as well as the procurement of professional services. Prior to joining Gateway Delta, Pumi held the position of Development Manager at hospitality group Sun International. She gained valuable property development experience as client representative for a 56 500 m2 mixed-use development comprising retail, residential, office and hotel component in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Some of her responsibilities included the analysis of market research and feasibility options, defining requirements with the design team for the development, as well as internal and external stakeholder engagement.
Other hospitality developments that Pumi was involved are the development of the mixed-use development of Sun Time Square in Menlyn Main Tshwane (South Africa) comprising of a casino, an events arena able to accommodate 8 000 seated guests and 238 key hotel. The development of a new 60key hotel at Sun Meropa Hotel, Polokwane (South Africa) and various other projects at the iconic Sun City Resort in the North West province of South Africa.
Elizabeth (Beth) Titan

Beth is a qualified Professional Architect and holds a Master of Architecture from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. She joined Gateway Delta in January 2018, providing design and development management within the development team. Her scope of responsibilities includes project feasibility, business case analysis and development, risk management planning, workflow process redesign, metric development and measurement as well as the analysis of return on investment metrics.Read More
She joined Gateway Delta from Empowered Spaces Architects, a prominent South African commercial and industrial architectural consulting firm where she was responsible for the design and co-ordination of commercial offices, retail shopping centres, industrial warehouses and industrial parks. Prior to relocating to Mauritius to pursue a career in property development, Beth was the Project Architect for professional services firm, Deloitte’s 47,500 m2head office in Johannesburg, valued in excess of USD 90 million.
Before Empowered Spaces Architects, Beth worked as an Associate at Batley Partners International where she assisted the Principal Architect, specialising in shopping centres. Other projects included the design of commercial offices, residential homes and interior design projects.
Her responsibilities included design control and co-ordination, as well as the management of large, multi-disciplinary project consultant and construction teams. She was responsible for detail design and co-ordination, client consultations, structural and services co-ordination on a large scale, tenant co-ordination, tenant fit-out management and assistance with large-scale macro planning.
Yanish joined the Gateway Delta Team after a having spent 9 years in the construction industry. His experience varies across several jurisdictions from the Indian Ocean islands to Africa and Australia. During his tenure at Hooloomann & Associates, one of the leading Construction Cost and Project Management Consultancies in the Indian Ocean region, Yanish managed and oversaw projects across various locations in the hospitality sector.Read More
He further gained experience in Australia by working on Hospital and Retirement Age care facilities where he also qualified as a Professional Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Yanish has a keen eye for sustainable development and contributed in the local context report for the Green Building rating tool for Mauritius, being a Green Star (SA) Accredited Professional. Yanish holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying both from the University of Cape Town.

He is a member of the Project Management Professional Institute (PMI) and the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) and is a registered trainer in a number of construction software.
Avish has particular expertise in Programmes of Works for Construction, including procurement routes, contract conditions and the application of FIDIC and PROCSA forms of contracts to the construction industry. Moreover, he is proficient in the preparation and review of cost reports, including the tracking of budgetsas well as quality control for civil and MEP work.
Avish’s tertiary background qualifies him for the management, design and follow-up of both Civil and M&E worksrelated to the construction sector.
His fluency in French, English and Creole provides invaluable support for the co-ordination and flow of site meetings in addition to contractor and general stakeholder interactions.

Tara is responsible for the co-ordination and smooth functioning of Gateway Delta’s generally office support services and administrative functions.
